Welcome to New Ankur Opticals. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products and use of services at our store. By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Business

New Ankur Opticals operates as a single-location retail optical store dealing in eyewear products including frames, lenses, sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, and contact lenses, along with related accessories and services.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However:

• Minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur

• Availability of products is subject to stock

• We reserve the right to modify product offerings at any time without prior notice

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are confirmed only upon full or agreed advance payment

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Custom-made products (including prescription lenses and prescription sunglasses) will be processed only after order confirmation

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances

• Once a bill is generated, no changes in price, discounts, or product details will be entertained

5. Offers and Discounts

• Any promotional offers, discounts, or schemes are subject to specific terms and availability

• Two or more offers cannot be combined or clubbed together under any circumstances

• The store reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at its discretion without prior notice

6. Prescription Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid eye prescriptions.

New Ankur Opticals shall not be held liable for issues arising due to:

• Incorrect or outdated prescriptions

• Miscommunication of prescription details

In cases where spectacles are made strictly based on the prescription provided by the customer, New Ankur Opticals shall not be responsible for any issues related to vision clarity, comfort, or accuracy of the glasses.

We recommend regular eye check-ups for accurate vision correction.

7. Customer-Owned Frames and Lenses

If a customer provides their own frame or lenses for any service, including:

• Fitting new lenses in an existing frame

• Fitting existing lenses into a new frame

• Any repair, adjustment, or modification

New Ankur Opticals shall not be responsible for any damage, breakage, misalignment, or loss that may occur during or after the service.

Customers acknowledge that such work is carried out at their own risk due to the nature and condition of pre-owned products.

8. Contact Lenses – Terms of Use

• Contact lenses will be provided only against a valid and current prescription

• Customers are responsible for proper usage, hygiene, and care of contact lenses

• We strongly recommend following all instructions provided by eye care professionals

New Ankur Opticals shall not be liable for any issues arising due to:

• Improper handling, storage, or usage of contact lenses

• Overuse beyond recommended duration

• Use of expired or damaged lenses

• Any allergic reactions, infections, or discomfort due to misuse

Contact lenses once sold are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

9. No Return / Exchange Policy

Due to the customized and hygiene-sensitive nature of optical products:

• Prescription lenses, prescription sunglasses, and contact lenses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

• Frames and sunglasses once sold may not be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect

Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of New Ankur Opticals.

10. Warranty and Repairs

• Warranty, if any, is applicable only on manufacturing defects

• Physical damage, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty

• Repair services may be chargeable depending on the nature of damage

11. Delivery and Order Collection

• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order

• Customers will be informed once the order is ready for collection

• Customers are required to collect their order promptly

If the order is not collected from the communicated delivery date, New Ankur Opticals shall not be responsible for the product thereafter, including any damage, loss, or condition of the product.

12. Customer Communication

By making a purchase or availing any service provided by New Ankur Opticals, you agree that we may contact you using the details provided by you for business-related purposes.

This may include:

• Order updates

• Service reminders

• Customer support

• Business-related communication and promotional updates

You may request to opt out of promotional communication at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

New Ankur Opticals shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Health-related issues arising from improper use of optical products or contact lenses

• Damage to customer-owned frames or lenses (as stated above)

• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of:

• Misconduct or inappropriate behavior

• Suspected fraud or misuse

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being displayed at our store or on our platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
